As the art director for "Voices of a Siren," showcased at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2024 and set to premiere at the Hong Kong Fringe Festival in January 2025, I was tasked with creating dynamic projections that allow the actress and writer, Soraya, to interact with the visual elements and set the scene. My role involved designing immersive visuals that enhance the narrative and emotional depth of the performance, providing a captivating backdrop that complements Soraya’s storytelling. This collaboration aims to create a unique theatrical experience, where the projections not only enrich the atmosphere but also enable Soraya to engage deeply with the audience, making each performance a memorable journey.
