The Lamma Art Collective (LAC) is an intimate and professionally curated venue situated on the scenic island of Lamma, Hong Kong, dedicated to promoting artistic expression and community engagement. Serving both the local population and visitors from the mainland, LAC is a cultural hub that hosts a diverse range of events, including art exhibitions, film screenings, and live concerts, attracting attendees who often travel by ferry to participate in its dynamic programming. In addition to its vibrant event offerings, LAC prioritizes wellness and education by providing a variety of workshops and classes, particularly for children, throughout the week. By seamlessly integrating artistic endeavors with community-focused initiatives, LAC cultivates an enriching environment that inspires individuals of all ages to explore their creativity and foster meaningful connections.

As one of the curators of the Lamma Art Collective, I invite local artists and plan events that include workshops and music acts, all aimed at attracting more visitors to our exhibitions. I also handle marketing efforts and take on various roles during events, including doorman and bartender, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for attendees. As a crew, we collaboratively run our own planned events at the Lamma Art Collective.
We proudly collaborate with local artists and organizations, such as The Ink Trail and Art Hut, to bring a variety of creative experiences to our space. Through these initiatives, the Lamma Art Collective fosters a sense of community, encouraging collaboration and creativity among residents and visitors alike. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive environment where art and culture thrive, connecting people through shared experiences and artistic expression.
